I understand that a creditor who extends credit and uploads credit information to a consumer reporting agency must provide a notice of negative information prior to or no later than 30 days after sending negative information. Must the notice to be provided to each customer in cases where there are co-applicants?

Each natural person you extend credit to is a customer and 217 requires you to provide the notice to the customer.

We provide the notice to each borrower at the time of loan closing.
