Forgive me if this has already been solved. I looked.

We use Office 365 and have been loading the data in the CFPB provided LAR spreadsheet for 2017.
The new Test software recently released won't accept anything but "Pipe delimited text files". Of course my software does not let me "save as" a "pipe-delimited txt file". And the HMDA guidance provided on their HMDA Tools Instructions document simply says to "save as txt". I don't have that option.

Has anyone been through this drill and how did you solve it? I am waiting for HMDA help to call me.
Really frustrated with is "no help" mandate to jump through hoops. What am I missing?
Not happy in Nebraska. And we keep losing football games too.

have been loading the data in the CFPB provided LAR spreadsheet for 2017

Click on cell A1 "Create LAR File". This will format the worksheet to pipe delimited and you name and save the file to the directory of your choice.

Amazing. Thanks Dan. I guess I missed that little instruction somewhere.
