And remember the acronym HMDA = Have Mistake, Do Again Nah, TRID is The Reason I Drink, and HMDA is How Much Drinking is Allowed.

The method to my madness is I let Sr. Mgt know what's happening and have them select who they want on the project with me. I don't leave much room for wiggling out. Why should the business lines sit back and let me do all the work? I did the same thing with the 2014 rules and TRID, works well here.
