My bank lends primarily in one county, but have approximately 12 loans in an adjoining county, do we need to include the adjoining county's census tract information in our public file?

As for the public file, only your assessment area geographies need to be included.

Regarding the 12 loans, what type of loans (small business, small farm, consumer, HMDA, etc.) and the percentage of total loans? Asking as you may need to reassess your assessment area delineation.

they are residential loans, as of December 2016 85% of our mortgage loans were within a 3 mile radius of our main or branch office and 86% of our installment loans are within the same 3 mile radius
