From BOL Top Stories yesterday: Reduction Of Regulatory Burdens Suggestions Sought
The FDIC has issued a FIL requesting suggestions on ways to reduce the regulatory burdens associated with consumer protection regulations dealing with account/deposit relationships and miscellaneous consumer rules. FIL-86-2004 7/26/04

Looks good, also looks like a repeat of a couple of previous requests. Does anyone know some of the primary themes mentioned in the hundreds of responses they've already received?

Some may be found here or on the old requests. (They should have a link.)

Seems to me, to relieve the reg burden they ought to follow the OTSs lead on a CRA threshold.
