I know the public file branch listing must be accurate as of March 1. If you have an acquisition in process and have closed before March 1 but will not convert them to your system until after March1, would you list those banking centers in your public file?

We use legal merger date not conversion date in order to parallel our records with the FDIC.

You might check Reg. BB for the date - 228.43(e) states:

Updating. Except as otherwise provided in this section, a bank shall ensure that the information required by this section is current as of April 1 of each year.
