Situation involves a person depositing an empty envelope at a different financial's ATM machine. Is there a mandated time frame in which the depository financial must send adjustments? There are three total. The financial sent over the first two within two business days of the deposit. But we have yet to receive the thirds and we are at 3 weeks and a couple of days out since the bad deposits were made. We would like to get this account closed.

The governing agreement is the network which processed the transaction (STAR, NYCE, Jeannie, Pulse, Plus, Maestro, etc.) Although you have one processor, that processor likely sponsors you into all of the other networks allowing customers to make deposits at other machines. Your question should be directed to your processor.
