we seem to be having a problem mapping our data out of LaserPro into CRA Relief using Compliance Reporter. Some of the fields, like Rev Code and Affiliation code are not mapping correctly and thus causing an none of our data to flow into the system. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
I'm not asking for vendor recommendations (or anything else that might be a no-no) but rather to see if others are having technical issues too and what you might have done to resolve them?

We take out information from our core system into CRA Relief, not from LaserPro, so I can't be of much help on the Compliance Reporter piece. But I will say that the CRA relief import specs are really simple, so a quick macro makes the import process really quick and easy. That might be a work around until you can get a fix in place.

We are experiencing issues as well importing data from LaserPro into Compliance Reporter to then get the information into QuestSoft. We've been informed that there is an update coming to fix LaserPro to Compliance Reporter, but does anyone know if there is another way to get the information from LaserPro into QuestSoft in the meantime until the fix happens?
