I'm currently working in a bank that just opened a branch is USA of a foreign bank. I'm not sure all the regulations that would be applicable to us. Can anyone provide me with a list?

Who issued your charter, and what is the bank (you) allowed to do?

You left off FDIC or no FDIC and which regulator (usually FED and some state but OCC is a possibility)
