Business DDA account is overdrawn 55 days. We would like to reverse the charges and close the account. Normally we send an adverse action letter stating the account had been closed. However the business is in bankruptcy status so we understand no notification can be made. Any advise on how t handle this?

I am not sure why you could not send a notice of a DDA account closure - you aren't going to mention the collection of a loan. Unless you have other relationships with this customer. Best to ask your legal counsel.
