We are setting up customers Customer Information Files
We have quite a few without a home phone but that do have a cell phone.
So I am saying “sure, put the cell phone number in the home phone fieldâ€
But one employee used to work for Wells Fargo and “ her experience with Wells Fargo had her receiving training about never putting a cell phone number into a home phone number field.â€
Is there a reason not to use the cell phone in your opinion?
