We have the funds availability notice posted centrally at each teller line as well as in a multi-disclosure poster in each branch lobby. We also have a funds availability notice on each New Account and lenders desk. We did this because they are likely to make deposits on behalf of the customer at their desk or credit draws to the customer's account. The initial thought was to put them there since the customer is not going to the teller line. I am challenging this, especially for the lenders, since they are handling loan proceeds checks or draws and these items are not likely to ever be subject to a hold.

Can we remove the signs from the lender's desks?

What about the CSR's desks?

The requirement is that your Reg CC notice must be posted in a conspicuous place in each location where your employees receive deposits to consumer accounts. Rather than providing the notice at every single desk (or teller line) you could place a notice where consumers seeking to make deposits are likely to see it before making their deposits, such as at the beginning of a teller line.

Do you have a notice that would is likely to be seen before working with your CSRs or lenders?
