yep, close and buh-bye

Thought I would give a follow up ... bank VP was not inclined to close it as "we are here to serve our customers whatever their beliefs."

Put that in my CYA file. 🤦‍♀️

For the sake of your Bank VP, I hope he/she still feels that way when your customer puts a lien on their personal home. I saw it happen when one of these folks had a disagreement with management after we received and IRS levy for which they "believed" they weren't subject.
