Never think you've seen it all....
Question put to me by lender: Husband lives here in WI, wife lives and is a resident in IA. I am refinancing the home in WI (husband's primary) the property however is in a Trust which is solely him according to the Trust Cert. She doesn't need to sign anything then right? She's not on the loan....

I am totally flummoxed by this one.
Initial feeling is it's in a Trust so marital property shouldn't apply.
Anyone got any confirmation for me and the LO?

Have you asked the title company as to their requirement to insure, otherwise you might have to run this be legal counsel. It might depend on when the trust was created and when the property was transferred into the trust. Transferring property into a trust usually does not change the classification of the property/asset.
