Hello we have decided to drop the transaction limitations now that it is not required. I have a few questions
1. Would the savings accounts now be classified as transaction accounts?
2. Can we issue a Debit Card on the Savings Account now that we don't have to worry about limitations?
3. Would Reg. E rules apply the same as they would to checking accounts?

I really think I know the answers to these but upper management will not take my assumptions as fact! They will however take BOL's answers!
Thanks

1. Not unless you also removed the seven day right of notice for withdrawal.
2. Yes - barring limitations of your card issuer.
3. Yes

Thanks! Do you mean MasterCard or Visa as the card issuer? We use Mastercard.
