If our institution is a place of notary do we need to post this in our lobbies and let individuals know who we are bonded by?

I'm not sure where your question is coming from but under IN law a Notary is not required to provide services to the general public. I've been in banking in IN since 1977 and I have never seen such a posted disclosure.
