School ABC Co-op Extension of XYZ County.

Thoughts on CIP on this? It's a non profit cooperative. It seems the entire Co-op is handled and run by the private school, although there appears to be ties to the county. Full control appears to be had by the private school. BO Form, should be completed on private school is my assumption, as they have the one signor on the account. I'm reaching back out for more information but never dealt with a co-op like this before. Seems to have county involvement with the school, obviously the county is CIP Exempt. Is it possible the entire co-op is exempt?

It's a non profit cooperative.

Then it is not part of the county government.

Thanks, I'm notorious for overthinking situations.
