Business sells tires and does alignment. Google search also has a similar name, close location for auto sales. My gut tells me not to exempt as it appears to be auto related.

Hard to say without more information. If it is a tire store, it would be eligible. If you think they also have an arm of the company that sells or buys motor vehicles, then they cannot be exempted.
