I went to read the story about Michael Nesmith's passing after seeing this post and found this excerpt about his life really interesting:

His parents divorced when he was 4 and his mother often worked two jobs, as a secretary and painter, to support her son and herself. Eventually, she created a typewriter correction fluid called Liquid Paper and sold it to Gillette for $49 million in 1979. Nesmith inherited the fortune a year later, according to Rolling Stone.

Broncos and Lions did a class move in their game in Denver this past Sunday to honor Demaryius. In the Bronco's first offensive series, they lined up with only 10 players on offense with the receiver position left vacant until the play clock ran out and the refs had to call a delay of game penalty. Then the Lions declined the penalty. So that was pretty cool. Watch it here: https://twitter.com/overtime/status/1470139676682039301

I saw that. A great way to honor him. From all accounts it sounds like he was a good person who died from a seizure and not from bad behavior.

go on youtube and search TCM Remembers, they list out a large number of prominent TV and movie folks that passed away over the past year, a very nice tribute. I was surprised how many i had not heard of passing.
