Would a TIS disclosure ever be in compliance if there is nothing marked or listed on how to obtain the APY disclosed for variable savings accounts? We do have amounts listed to open the account and list any amount needed to avoid a fee but nothing on minimum balance to obtain APY.
Are you paying interest no matter the balance in the account?
