We have been providing annual training on Regulation D to our frontline employees. Since we no longer monitor for excessive transactions and I don't see where annual training is required in the Reg, does anyone see any reason why we need to provide annual training on Reg D? Other than maybe training to our account reps regarding NOW accounts?

We do. It only covers our procedures on EWPs and eligibility for NOW accounts. We designed our own course in OnCourse Learning as the canned courses cover too much information.
