We have a loan to a village community made up of 5 partial tracts (3 middle, 2 moderate). Loan proceeds are to purchase a new fire truck for the community. My initial thought is this loan is not qualified. However, the area median income for this area is considered LMI when compared to the MSA. Thoughts? If you feel we could qualify this, what documentation would be needed?

Although not an exact comparison, we received CD loan credit to build a new firehouse in a community that included several moderate income tracts. I think we qualified it under the renew/revitalize criteria.
