As of now my bank requires a new signature card on consumer accounts for name changes and address change. In many cases this is an inconvenience to the customers. I’m looking to see who allows these sort of changes to happen with a maintenance form that captures the change and not create a new signature card?

We require a new signature card when there is a name change along with any documentation supporting the name change.

We do not require a signature card for address changes, a maintenance form with the customers signature is required for that.

We do not require a new signature card for address changes or other maintenance that doesn't include adding someone to the account or changing a name.

The customer does have to sign a new card if a name change is done. If an address is changed, they sign a maintenance form.
