Buyer has an agent but seller is paying for realtor which is the same company. Does buyers agent show on CD?

Why would they not. Both the buyer's and seller's agent appear on the model form in the contacts information. Disclosing contacts have nothing to do with who pays for what.

(1) Name of the person, labeled “Name”;

Does the sellers's wife need to sign CD if vested 100% in husband's name? I know she will sign the deed.

No one has to sign a CD, delivery is all that the reg requires. There is no requirement to provide more than one copy of the CD to the sellers, whoever they may be.

Did she sign the sales contract? Her having to sign the warranty deed does not make her a seller. She is just acknowledging the sale most likely due to some State spousal rights.

no she did not sign sale contract, but if she did would she need to be on the CD?
