Does a non-consumer account need to sign a Certification Regarding Internet Gambling every time they open a new account or is it a one & done? We have them sign at every new account and account update. I've been doing some looking and am not finding this specific detail. Can we treat it like a Resolution and only update when signers or duties change?

Thanks!

Most all form providers have incorporated that into their depositor's agreement and there is no separate form. You might want to check on that. Most banks just make a determination that the commercial customer presents minimal risk and forgoes any certification.
