Anyone have procedures they are willing to share regarding safe deposits boxes and SCRA?

Also, do you run a DoD search on everyone named on the box, no exceptions? Any exceptions if they are deceased?

Why would a deceased person still be on the contract?

once we pull the record from the SCRA website for the customer how long is it good for?

We pull the documentation, and they are not active so we start the process to drill the box, but it may take time and I'm not sure if we should be repulling before the drill date if there is a gap.
