We are wanting to create our own scratch off tickets to use at upcoming events. There's really no consideration other than you just have to be at the event. They could win gift cards, company monogrammed items, or maybe event concert tickets. It feels natural to go to lottery rules because of what it is. But I don't think that's the case, really. So long as we provided them to anyone that showed up, should I have a concern over this? Thank you!
Is it a free event open to all-no fee to enter, no membership requirement, np purchase of anything, etc? If so, you should be clear. If the event is not open to all, not free or requires some sort of membership or purchase, you have a problem.
