I'm scouring the reg to see if there is a defined response time for servicemember requests to reduce the interest rate ... specifically processing the refund. Do we need to process the interest refund within 7 days or something? I'm not seeing any sort of required processing date ... Clearly, we'll handle these timely but is there a definition of what is considered 'timely'?
