But I’m not sure what distinguishes and under what circumstances would the Delayed Receipt be required. For example, would it be added when a bank operates an off-premise ATM from which deposits are removed not more than two times a week to make a disclosure of this fact on the off-premise ATM, under, 229.18(c)(2)? Will you please help me?
