When completing section 8 of the URLA for ethnicity, race, sex and the application was either taken by phone or internet. The questions if the information was taken visual observation or surname, would the correct answer be Not Applicable or No?

the correct answer is no.
If you think about it, it actually makes sense which is something that doesn't happen often with Regs. wink
