Does anyone have a policy for SCRA and MLA that they would be willing to share? You can remove your institutions name, I just need a good starting point. Thank you in advance!

I know this is an old thread, but feel free to drop me a message if you find that you need any policies. Happy to send you something to help out.

I didn't post originally but would love some help as I'm now helping to grow a small community bank. If you are willing to share a policy for SCRA for starting grounds, that would be fantastic and well appreciated!

You will find that bankers may be hesitant to share policies and procedures through this forum. One reason is they represent proprietary information of their own institution, and I would not recommend an employee share without the permission of their board of directors. If I was a board member and paid for the development of an internal policy or procedures, I would not be all that happy with an employee just giving that work and effort away.

In this case, there are some resources available on the web with some simple searches, like this offering from Banker's Compliance Consulting: https://blog.bankerscompliance.com/en/scra-policy-procedures
