The bank is considering eliminating our post office box and having mail come directly to our new home office. Unfortunately, most of our documents reflect this PO box as our mailing address. The billing rights disclosure on the PCL has the PO box, the EFT disclosure has this address for Rights and Procedures, Loss or Theft and Errors.......My question is, would one notice to all customers indicating that the mailing address has changed cover us. Or do we specifically need to redisclose the EFT, and specifically notify the PCL customers of the changes, etc......
We are going to have mail forwarded for quite some time should we make this change if anyone is wondering.
