We are considering reducing our bank hours - we currently open at 8am 3 days a week via the drive and that would go away, as would extended (to 6pm) evening hours. We would be open 9-5 Mon-Fri, 9-1 Sat. We know we need to provide notice to our customers, and obtain Board approval. We even have appropriate documentation for the CRA file. I've emailed IDFPR to see what else we need to do but thought I'd check here. Has anyone else recently done a permanent reduction of hours that might be able to lay out what you did in this scenario?
