I left banking in early 2021. Can you tell me what changes have been made to appraisal guidelines since then? A person can drive themselves crazy chasing down interagency guidelines related to real estate financing. I'm very familiar with the 2010 guidelines. i know that the following were recinded:

1994 Interagency Appraisal and Evaluation Guidelines , FIL-74-94,
Statement on Appraisal Standards , FIL-20-2001,
Interagency Statement on Independent Appraisal and Evaluation Functions , FIL-84-2003, and
2006 Revisions to Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice , FIL-53-2006.

Does this mean the FAQs and the Guidelines on Tract Development are still "alive"? Am I missing anything else? I'm trying to bring our policy and procedures up to date and want to first make sure I'm up to date! TIA.

Also - is the cutoff for residential valuations now $400,000?.

and is Interagency Advisory on Use of Evaluations in Real Estate-Related Financial Transactions still active or redacted?
