If the initial SAR included transactions at 3 different branches and listed on those on the SAR, but then the next 90 day review there was only one transaction at one location, do you still list all locations where activity has occurred in the transaction location part or just the location for this 90 day continuing SAR? The instructions state include all information about all subjects involved and all financial institutions where activity occurred. But it also says the continuing SAR only list such data from prior reports as necessary to understand the activity (however this second part is referring to just the narrative).

Only list locations where the suspicious activity occurred for that particular 90-day period.
