For a non-customer who takes a VISA cash advance over $10,000 - for the CTR in the account number affected space, is the VISA card number entered?

We are having a brain [censored] here today.

Thanks!

Hovering over the account number field in Part I of the discrete filing form yields this instruction.

"Record the account number or other unique account identifier for each account involved at the financial institution where the transaction(s) occurred."

Since the credit card number is not an account "at the financial institution where the transaction(s) occurred" you do not need to list the credit card account number on the CTR. You would leave the account number field blank.
