Question for the group: we recently noticed a couple days in May where our third party CIP provider was down for 12 hours, resulting in hundreds of customers "failing" CIP. (The default option when the request errors out is to tell the customer we couldn't approve their application.)
We have a way of resubmitting these, but I wasn't clear if the regulations prevented us from doing that. Ideally, what we'd like to do is rerun them, and then notify anyone who is approved that we were subsequently able to approve their app.
Any obvious issues with that?
