Does anyone set a tolerance for delinquent loans that they won't report to the credit bureau? Example: if a customer is late by $25 or less, do not report to bureau? We had one instance where a customer was late by $4 due to escrow adjustments and were upset so we are now researching if this is a thing we can do or not.

Uniform Retail Credit Classification and Account Management Policy

Partial Payments on Open-End and Closed-End Credit

Institutions should use one of two methods to recognize partial payments A payment equivalent to 90 percent or more of the contractual payment may be considered a full payment in computing delinquency.

You can look it up for the rest of the guidance.
