We are trying to finally come into the 21st century. We want the ability for customers to use a signature pad when signing deposit or loan documents when they are in the ban. We use Finastra DepositPro and LaserPro, we have an enterprise license with DocuSign. We even have a license for ProSign (through Finastra). We have a Topaz Gem signature pad that we have tested in DocuSign, so it works. Our issue is when using the eSign export feature in DepositPro/LaserPro it is sending a DocuSign envelope to the customer which they then have to open on their phone and then sign the documents on the phone. This is not the way we want this to work. Trying to get this set up has been way harder than it should be.
Does anyone have DepositPro/LaserPro setup to allow customers to sign on a signature pad? If so, HELP!

So, you want to hand them a hard copy of the documents, but sign them electronically? Otherwise, how are the documents being delivered?

Hi txredgal - Did you get any answers?

We use LaserPro and are looking to use Topaz signature pads with DocuSign. I'd love to chat with you about it.
