I've received a Subpoena from Puerto Rice. I'm in Oklahoma. Can we, in Oklahoma, refuse to respond unless and until they file it in the State of Oklahoma in my county? Where do I find the info to support that? Can you help please? TIA

The applicability of subpoenas is a State law issue. You need to be talking to your legal counsel as to your response.
