Hello, we have a customer who does not live in town (our area), so we had to mail out the CD to her. She has not responded for a few weeks and we finally got a hold of her. Now the dates are stale on Closing Disclosure (closing date). Do we reissue with revised dates? Do we have to wait the 3/6 if mailed days all over again?

You give her the final CD at closing with any amendments, such as closing date.
