It's been a while since I looked at force-placed flood insurance. What are the requirements as far as the reminder notices? Should it be 45 days before the flood insurance is force-placed, even if it's a renewal of force-placed flood insurance?

You can force place on day one. You just have to refund any premiums for overlapping coverage when the borrower provides a new policy.
