I just did an internal audit of adverse actions sent to customers and found that a lender did not send the required adverse action within 30 days. Should I have them send the Notice even though it is well past the 30 days or just risk it since it just 1 Notice?

Randy nailed it. Was there any ongoing actions in the processing? E.g., applied the 1st, appraisal ordered the 3rd, received back the 25th found the LTV too high, notified the customer 2 weeks later??
