Good morning. We are removing an ATM that we kept available on site after relocating the branch it was attached to last year. We are having it removed since the ATM at the new branch is within walking distance.

We plan on posting a notice on the ATM in advance as a courtesy to our customers.

Are there any requirements for notification in this situation?

If you are a State bank, you might need to look at State law. Nothing from a Federal level comes to mind.
