We have a "wealth strategies" division that will be doing Medicare reviews later this year. We are working on an information card to give customers about the service. Should this "ad" have the bank's logo or the wealth strategies division logo since they are the ones that will be doing the reviews?

Would using your Wealth Strategies division logo not also trigger the requirement to acknowledge that they are a division of ABC Bank? Depending on the rest of the information in the card and the intent and purpose of this review, you are probably going to need NDIP disclosures also.
