Is it acceptable to have Flood Insurance on a Commercial Building that is not in our Borrower's name, but in the Tenant's name that is currently occupying the building? Per the tenant's contract they are required to carry all insurance.

From Page 2.2 of the Flood Manual

Lease Requirement to Purchase Building Coverage – If a lease agreement requires a tenant to purchase building coverage, the building owner must be named on the policy but the tenant may also be named on the policy (although they do not have an insurable interest themselves). Coverage for contents owned by the tenant must be written on a separate policy in the name of the tenant only. Tenants may not purchase building coverage if the owner or another party has purchased NFIP coverage on the same building, except as noted under the Duplicate Policies heading below.
