Right now, our GMI/DI collection form is included in all initial disclosure packages; however, it is not required to be completed in any way (i.e., no hard stop in place before moving onto the next disclosure). We'd like to require the form to be completed, which I feel I can support since the applicant can always select "I do not wish to provide this information."

Yes, specifically Encompass' Consumer Connect. By requiring the form to be completed, as it is currently programmed, would require the applicant to select at least one option from each category (i.e., race, ethnicity, sex), which may be "I do not wish to provide this information."
