My bank recently purchased loan processing software (Contour) and I was just told by the loan dept. head that P.O.C. does not print beside the appropriate line item on the GFE. Instead, there is a section at the bottom of the form (in small print) outlining P.O.C. costs...or so I am told...I haven't seen the form yet.

I am unable to find anything within RESPA requiring that P.O.C. be placed "in the appropriate lines next to the identified item" on the GFE...(I know that it's required on HUD-1)...so, are we okay? Has anyone else using Contour software encountered this?

I just happened to have a loan processor sitting next to me when I read this question so I asked her how this works. We are using contour version 5.2 and she said there is a small box that can be checked on the individual line items, if checked then poc will print.
