Does your process allows for internal ATM/POS dispute forms/WSUD and stop payment form to be executed (sent) electronically to the customer for electronic signatures? All these documents are allowed to be e-signed, correct?

"Allowed" isn't exactly the word I would use for ATM/POS dispute forms. Under Reg E, the FI may require the consumer to give written confirmation of an error, but you can't require it to be a specific form. If you are sending them electronically, why bother at all?

As for ACH, it's the same reg language, but we also have to consider the WSUD for recovery. NACHA does not require those to be wet signed.
