Are there any user friendly resources for using the FFIEC CRA Data Entry Software? The 2001 FFIEC Guide & current File Specifications were helpful to a point but I really need a step-by-step guide on how to format and import small business & farm data. A video tutorial would be ideal; it'd be helpful to see the software in action before we start collecting data.

I am only aware of the guidance and resources available on the FFIEC site, such as this and the updated guides which have been updated a number of times since 2001.
